Event policies
Entry Policy
Our Club Nights are strictly 18+ only. All Events within our venues require physical photographic proof of age (driving license, passport, PASS card, or government ID) as well as your student card. Outside of event nights, we still operate a Challenge 21 policy so please have your identification on you.
No parking is permitted on Bancroft Road
Guest Policy
Guests must arrive with valid QM student to sign in. You must also purchase a guest ticket.
Refunds & Exchange Policy
Whilst our tickets can be exchanged with other QMUL students, these tickets are non-refundable and should not be resold at a price higher than the value of the ticket at time of purchase.
Venue Policy
We reserve the right to refuse admission to our venues and events for any reason. An exclusion means you are not allowed in any Queen Mary Students’ Union licensed venue or event.
Last entry to the queue is 11pm.
All guests are required to present a valid physical photo ID to gain entry to the venue.
Session Arrival Time
Doors Close at 20:00 for Session Entry - Anyone arriving after this time will need a valid Hail Mary Ticket to get entry from 21:30pm at the earliest.
